Empty Bowls Contra Dance
The Monterey Country Dance Community held its first annual Empty Bowls Contra Dance on Saturday April 7th to support Ag Against Hunger.
At the event guests were able to choose a handmade bowl to use that day—and to keep as a reminder that there are always empty bowls in the world. After the dinner, guests were able to partake in a traditional contra dance.
It was a fantastic event that raised over $2,000 for Ag Against Hunger!
